2017 Bluefish Registration


You are about to begin registration for the Hollin Hills Bluefish 2017 summer swim team.  Please note that your swimmer and at least one person in your household 18 years of age or older is required to be a member of the Hollin Hills Pool to join the swim team.   IF YOU ARE NOT YET CERTAIN that your child wants to join the team (or if you are not sure if he/she should join the team or the Bluefish Minis), please remember that your child is welcome to attend a few practices before registering.  

Step 1: Complete and submit the on-line registration form.  FOR RETURNING SWIMMERS:  You can pre-load prior registration data!!  Please include a cell phone number for each parent (if the parent has a cell phone) when registering; your home phone can be listed with your home address.  After you complete and submit your registration form you will be issued a confirmation email. New members will also be sent an email with account activation and login instructions. It is necessary to login to access certain private areas of the team website including meet sign-ups, your swimmer's time history, your contact information, and volunteer and social event sign-ups.

Step 2: Pay swim team fees. To complete the registration process, please pay the swim team fees. Swimmers must be registered before swimming in any swim meets! The cost for each swimmer to participate for the season is $125 with a maximum fee per family of $350.   Swimmers aged 4 - 6 will automatically be registered for the Bluefish Minis (cost:  $90).  The coaches will consult with parents if a Bluefish Mini swimmer is ready to join the 8 & under practice group.

In this registration you have the option to pay the end-of-season banquet donation.  If paying by check, please deliver your check promptly to the treasurer (address provided at on the last page of registration).  If you choose to pay by credit card, a service fee from WePay will be added to your charge; the amount of the fee is based on the amount of your order.

End of Season Banquet Donation

The end of season banquet will be held at Hollin Hills Pool on the evening of July 29.  The requested donation for the banquet is $30 per family.  The donation covers decorations, dessert, coaches' gifts, and part of the dinner costs.  You may add the banquet donation  to your registration if you like, or you can opt to pay later.
