2025 Bluefish Registration
Welcome!
You are about to begin registration for the Hollin Hills Bluefish 2025 summer swim team. Please note that your swimmer and at least one person in your household 18 years of age or older is required to be a member of the Hollin Hills Pool to join the swim team. Please contact Coach Michael if you are not sure if your child should register for the Bluefish Minis or the Bluefish team.
Step 1: Complete and submit the on-line registration form. FOR RETURNING SWIMMERS: You can pre-load prior registration data! Please include a cell phone number for each parent when registering; your home phone can be listed with your home address. After you complete and submit your registration form you will be issued a confirmation email. New members will also be sent an email with account activation and login instructions. It is necessary to login to access certain private areas of the team website including meet sign-ups, your swimmer's time history, your contact information, and volunteer and social event sign-ups.
Step 2: Sign NVSL Participation Waiver. Again this year the NVSL is requiring all swim and dive teams in the league to collect a participation waiver before allowing participation on an NVSL team. A COVID-19 Addendum has been added to the Participation Waiver. Please read both the general participation waiver and COVID-19 Addendum before checking the acceptance box and providing your initials as electronic signature. The NVSL will prohibit participation if the waiver is not signed.
Step 3: Pay swim team fees. To complete the registration process, please pay the swim team fees. Swimmers must be registered before swimming in any swim meets! The cost for your first swimmer to participate for the season is $175, $150 for the second swimmer, $75 for the third swimmer, with a maximum fee per family of $425. Swimmers aged 4 - 6 will automatically be registered for the Bluefish Minis (cost: $125). The coaches will consult with parents if a Bluefish Mini swimmer is ready to join the 8 & under practice group.
In this registration you have the option to pay the end-of-season banquet donation.
If paying by check, please deliver your check promptly to the treasurer (address provided on the last page of registration). If you choose to pay by credit card, a service fee from WePay will be added to your charge; the amount of the fee is based on the amount of your order.
