Here are some pre-meet details!

This afternoon is "game day", so practices will be from 5:00 - 5:30 for the older kids, and from 5:30 - 6:00 for the younger. After that, it's POTLUCK NIGHT! Please bring a dish/salad/dessert to share. ALL SWIM TEAM MEMBER & FAMILIES are welcome (this means Minis as well!!). The weather for today looks pretty terrible, but we will have the potluck anyway. If you are in the 9 & 10 group, please remember you're on for helping at this week's potluck.

MEET SET-UP must happen this evening, even if it's pouring rain. The deck has to be set for the meet before morning. If you are signed up to help, we'll start the process around 7:00PM.

FOR THE MEET...Swimmers should arrive by 7:50 for 8:00AM warm-up. I will be at the pool by 7:00, so any volunteers who can arrive early for final set-up will be welcomed!(tents, timing boards, Bistro, sound system).

DECK OFFICIALS...Please remember to wear white shirt/blue shorts or skirt. Briefings begin at 8:30!

WE STILL NEED 2 TIMERS, 1 TABLE WORKER (place recorder), and 1 RELAY TAKE-OFF JUDGE! Please note that timers and can be relay take-off judges, just be sure to let the chief timer know you're an RTO so you're not assigned to lanes 3 or 4.
