 Declare for next Monday's (July 9) home B Meet with Stratford & sign up for jobs

 Declare for next Wednesday's (July 11) Division Relay Carnival

FOR B MEET:  We still need lots of volunteers - please check what jobs still need to be filled.  Home meets always require more volunteers than away meets - please help!

FOR DIVISION RELAY CARNIVAL:

Please declare your child as available if you are able to attend the meet.  We have some families who will be away on Wednesday, leaving us with some openings in relays...It is helpful to Coach Liza to know who is able to swim. Also, because other teams in our division also have small teams, we sometimes combine swimmers from different teams together to form unofficial relays.  If your child would like to participate at the official or unofficial level, PLEASE declare today!

JOBS FOR RELAY CARNIVAL!  There's a division-wide meeting on Sunday to assign deck volunteers.  Please look at the jobs that are now open on the swimtopia site.  At a minimum, we must provide 3 timers, 1 marshal, 1 awards clerk, and 1 relay take off judge.  In addition, we should provide at least 1 certified official and at least 1 table worker (place recorder, verifier,  or data entry).  If your child has consistently been on the A relay, please sign up for a job TODAY.  I need to have a list of names of volunteers when I go to Sunday's meeting.
