We've had a VERY busy week with home meets on Saturday and Monday, the Division Relay Carnival on Wednesday, and now an away meet on Saturday! Here are a few updates on what's coming up:

FAR AWAY so give yourself plenty of driving time! The address is 1114 Monroe Street, Herndon, VA 20170. We still need one more relay take-off judge! There WILL BE A
LOLLIPOP RACE at Herndon.
HOME B MEET ON MONDAY, July 16 Please sign up for Monday evening's home B meet with Parklawn. Your swimmer may choose TWO strokes plus an IM (please, do not sign up for 3 strokes). We still need almost all volunteer slots to be filled. Go to

IM INVITATIONAL SIGN UP. It's time to sign up for the IM Invitational, which will be swum at Waynewood in the evening of Monday, July 23. We have 3 spots for each event. If your child is interested, please go to
hollinhills.swimtopia.com to declare availability.
YOU MUST SIGN UP BY WEDNESDAY, JULY 18 to be entered in the meet. At this meet, 8 and unders swim a 25 fly, all other swim an individual medley. The 10 & under IM is open to 8 & unders, but it is a very competitive event; the 8 & unders perform better in their own age group.
FRIDAY NIGHT POTLUCK! The potluck this week is set-ep/served/cleaned-up by the 9-10 and 11-12 age groups. All team members are welcome.

Bluefish congratulations to the 8 & under girls
(Anna Beelaert, Addison Hood, Lindley Hazelwood, Peyton White) who broke the 8 & under girls 100m freestyle relay record last night at the Division Relay Carnival! The previous record was set waaaayyyy back in 1973. Way to go, girls! We're anxiously awaiting to hear if the girls qualified for the All Star Relay Carnival in the medley and freestyle relays! Stay tuned for more info...
An all-around congratulations to the Bluefish for the impressive victory last Saturday at the meet with Lincolnia Park, and to all the swimmers who competed in last night's relay carnival.
